We offer an extensive range of fire services, from installation and upgrades to maintenance and emergency repairs. Safety is our number one priority. Davron Equipment is not limited to the supply of various fire protection systems, pumps, controllers and associated equipment, we are also able to assist with installation. We offer the electrical installation as part of our scope of supply as a standard.
Service & Maintenance
We specialise in the inspection, servicing, repairs and refurbishment of fire sprinkler system and hydrant fire protection installations incorporating diesel, electric and jockey pump sets with all associated electrical equipment.
We are able to ensure fast and efficient response times to requests for assistance from South Africa, up to and including all countries in Sub Saharan Africa.
After many years of experience in commissioning, we have gained valuable experience in preparing for commissioning, doing checks prior to commissioning, and efficiently handling the commissioning of a pump room, to ensure successful completion and handing over of the fire pump system.
The Davron test bay comprises a 100 000 litre tank, and allows us to comfortably test pumps with flows up to 1100 m3/h (18 300 l/min).
Approvals & Standards
Davron Equipment is an A.S.I.B approved installer of fire pumps and associated fire equipment. We can offer equipment which will conform to the A.S.I.B, S.A.B.S, L.P.C, NFPA 20, AS2941 or FM regulations.
Davron equipment is the official supplier of Patterson Pumps for South Africa and the Sub-Saharan Africa region. Patterson Pumps is one of the largest suppliers of FM approved pump equipment in the USA.
Davron Equipment and Weichai Power has signed an agreement to give us the sole distributorship for water pump driven diesel engines in South Africa.
